More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators
Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
